Safety is our top priority. All precautions are being taken for the safety of our staff, the protection of your orders, and maintaining the strength of our supply chain. Our mission of supporting you and your cat’s health during this anxious time is our central focus and PrettyLitter is operating at full capacity.
To help our animal community in need, PrettyLitter is donating $100,000 of product to animal shelters on the East and West Coast. If you want to get involved and have the capacity to do so, we encourage you to help your local animal shelter which is likely struggling for resources during this difficult time. Also, encourage a friend or family member to consider fostering a cat in need. The shelters and rescues need our help.
We would like to provide a few updates and ensure you that PrettyLitter is continuing to operate uninterrupted.

Receiving your PrettyLitter package is safe. The CDC explains that receiving packages in the mail is very low risk. PrettyLitter arrives at our shipping warehouses after sitting isolated in storage untouched for a period of time much longer than the virus can survive on any surface. Our warehouse takes great care to sanitize all shipping areas and our shipping staff maintain six feet of distance from one another throughout their work.

Your PrettyLitter will arrive each month without delay. PrettyLitter continues to process and fulfill orders without delay and your package will be shipped on time. Package transit times in some areas of the country may be longer than usual based on FedEx delivery schedules. Follow the tracking number in your order confirmation email for updates or sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager.
- PrettyLitter has enough supply to fulfill your orders. If you'd like to have extra on hand, simply log into your account to add extra bags to your next shipment or contact us directly to assist you. We also offer a shipment of a three months supply at a discounted price. So rather than receiving a one month supply of PrettyLitter at a time, you would get larger shipments every three months.
- PrettyLitter also offers PrettyPlease, our healthy cat food which can also be delivered to your door, reducing unnecessary trips to the store. Again, simply log into your account to add a bag or contact us and we'll be happy to help.
